Welcome to Tasneem The Label! We are excited to offer our products to customers both in the US and around the world. Please review our shipping policy for important information regarding shipping rates, delivery times, and other relevant details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days.
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: Delivery within 10-15 business days.
- Expedited International Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tasneem The Label is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Tasneem The Label is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Delivered But Not Received
At Tasneem The Label, we take great care in ensuring your order is shipped safely and on time.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), we are no longer responsible for the package.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend the following steps:

Double-check the shipping address provided at checkout.

Check around your property (porch, mailbox, garage, side door, etc.).

Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.

Contact your local USPS office directly to request GPS delivery confirmation.
Please note:

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Claims of stolen packages must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain international destinations due to legal or logistical constraints. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses internationally.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please ensure all delivery information is correct before finalizing your order.
