Our Products
We strive to advertise our products with utmost accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid any disappointment. Our descriptions are detailed and precise, including exact measurements, materials, and the manufacturer's proposed colors. However, please note that we cannot be responsible for color perception variations, as colors may appear slightly different in reality due to individual monitor and brightness settings.
Returns
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, including the 360 ID tag, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Order Number)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Click here and log in using your order number and email address.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return from your order history.
- Select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm the return and download your pre-paid return shipping label.
- Securely package your item(s), attach the return shipping label, and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
Please note that the items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving a return label.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
- If you prefer, you can opt for store credit, which will be issued within 5 business days and can be used on future purchases.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not offer reimbursement for these expenses. When processing a return, we will deduct the shipping cost from your original payment method.
Please be advised that due to hygiene concerns we cannot accept returns/exchanges on hijabs or hijab caps.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale/Discounted items are strictly non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
Exchanges
To start an exchange, you can contact us at tasneemthelabel@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Please provide your order number along with the item and size you wish to exchange for.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Sale/Discounted Items
Any sale or discounted items including discounts for the buyer with special offers are strictly non-returnable/nonexchangeable.
Unclaimed Packages (International Orders)
On some occasions, packages are returned to us if they are not claimed by the customer at the provided address. In such cases, the customer will need to repay the shipping fees for the package to be resent.
Alternatively, the customer may request a refund minus any shipping fees.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details provided or for packages not being claimed by the customer.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
